- For any reservation, the hotel should received cancellation notification directly at least three (3) days prior to guest's arrival during low season and seven (7)
days during high and fourteen (14) days during peak season. Failing to do sho, a one (1) night cancellation penalty for total number of room (s) confirmed will be charged - In case of no show on the date of staying, a one (1) night cancellation penalty from total number of room (s) confirmed will be charged
- In case of no show on the date of stay during the Peak Season a full length of stay cancellation penalty of total number of rooms confirmed will be charged.
