Term & Condition
- Publish Rate are subject to 21% goverenment tax and service charge per Villa per night.
- Our Rate are inclusive taxes and service charge with following benefit :
- Minimum stay 2 nights : Complimentary 1x set dinner (food only) for maximum 2 adults + 1 child / bedroom.
- Minimum stay 4 nights : Complimentary 1x set dinner (food only) for maximum 2 adults + 1 child / bedroom, Comlimentary Massage
- Minimum stay 6 nights : Complimentary 1x Theme dinner (Barbeque OR Risjtafel OR Steamboat OR Balinese Feast with Suckling Pig) with Balinese Traditional Dance for maximum 2 adults + 1 child / bedroom, Comlimentary Massage
- The Minimum rental period per reservation per villa is Two (2) consecutive nights with the exception of Five (5) consecutive nights stay during the peak period from 1 July - 31 August, 20 december - 10 january, Lebaran Periods and Chinese New Year
- Surcharge during peak season periods:
- Villa OMG = USD 220 net/villa/night
- Villa O-wow = USD 190 net/villa/night
- Villa O-lala = USD 165 net/villa/night
- Check in and check out times are as follows : Check in time shall be after 14.00 and Check out time shall be 11.00
