- Maximum 3 person for 1 bedroom villa, 5 person for 2 bedroom villa, 7 person for 3 bedroom villa with extra bed
- High Season starts from July 1- August 31, September 8 - 14( Idul Fitri), December 18 - January 5
- Check in time 2.00 pm check out time 12.00 pm
- Late Check out untuk 6.00 pm will be charged 50% of one night room charge
- Later than 6.00 pm will be charged at a full one night rate
