Villa Ocean & Golf has a master bedroom featuring a king sized four poster bed with en-suite, bathtub, standing shower and steamer, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite and the third bedroom has two single beds with en-suite. Baby cot available on request.
Villa Ocean & Golf has three fully trained staff to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry and gardening. They are pleased to assist with any requirements to ensure you have a relaxed vacation in paradise. In-villa spa and massage services are available on request. Villa Ocean & Golf has its own battery operated four-seater golf buggy for use around the resort.

Cancellation: Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non refundable.
Extra Surcharge:
* High Season Shurcharge: USD 55 [15 - 21 February , 09 - 15 April and 01 - 31 July]
* Peak Season Shurcharge: USD 110 [09 January - 14 February, 22 February - 08 April , 16 April - 30 June and 01 - 31 July]
Payment Terms:
- To confirm any reservation a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
- 50% balance is due 45-days prior to guests arrival, or immediately if less than 30-days to guarantee your reservation
- Once the balance of payments is received it is non-refundable
- No show - No refunds given
- Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent
- Reservation are handled on first come - first serve basis
Check-Out time:
Check-in time is 14.00 hours. Check-out time is 12.00 hours. Late check-out beyond 14.00 hours will be charged at 50% of the contract rate. Full night applies after 23.00 hours.
