GENERAL
This online hotel reservation service is operated by PT. UANDA BALI TOUR (herein referred to as "Upandawaybali.com") in corporation with hotels throughout Indonesia. All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates, published rate from hotels, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by Upandawaybali.com. Upandawaybali.com are fully responsible for our services. Responsibility is taken for all reservations made via Upandawaybali.com's website and payment made from and for its services. Upandawaybali.com are NOT responsible for services provided by hotel chosen by clients. Upandawaybali.com guarantee that you will have the quality of services from hotels as stated in website. The quality of service fully depends on prestige of hotel chosen and it shall be fully responsible for its services to you, clients. Upandawaybali.com are fully responsible for identity of any client who participates in its website and for data received by Upandawaybali.com. Any internet user can benefit from Upandawaybali.com's services by browsing at database.
Hotel rental rates quoted by Upandawaybali.com are on a per room and per night basis. Check-in time is after 02:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 noon on day of departure. Extra / additional bed is subject to a per person, per day surcharge. American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the service. Breakfast (ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 room. Upandawaybali.com rates include 21% tax and service. Late check-outs or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs, the price is 50% off room rate.
If your hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the hotel and we can follow up for you. Please be aware some Hotels have seasonal surcharges, please read respective conditions carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of rates. Theses rates are applicable only when reservation is made through Upandawaybali.com. If you cannot find out rate of hotel you're looking for, please contact us for more information.
PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION
All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply at least within 2 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed we will inform you and give the other suggestion. To confirm your reservation we request copy both side of your Credit Cards, Copy Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit Card Authorization Form and signature which should be send by fax to : +62-361-764220 after you submit your reservation request.. Upandawaybali.com only guarantee availability for reservation of room(s), tour(s), and or other services when we have received above documents. Your credit card only serves as a guarantee, full payment can be done upon arrival at hotel or at our office, we will not deduct your credit card details used only to indicate your seriousness in booking with us. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up after signing the Confirmation Form. You will make payment to our guide upon arrival when you meet him.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All rates for accommodation in Bali are quoted in US dollars; however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on day of debit.
You can make payment by USD CASH / USD T/C / JPY CASH / Rp. CASH / Amex (+3%) / VISA (+4%) / Master (+4%)
Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Upandawaybali.com. Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company. The fact that Upandawaybali.com's charges are processed by all major credit card companies demonstrates Upandawaybali.com's good track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business with Upandawaybali.com if this would create any problems for them.

EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. Bali-tours can not hold the responsible for these differences.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation Fee of USD 50 applies for cancellation of booking between after Confirmation Note has been signed and up to 18 (eighteen) days before arrival date. Cancellation made within 18 (eighteen) days of intended arrival will be charged at full 1 (one) night rate for each item. For non-hotel activities (cruises, spas, rafting, etc.) Cancellation Fee will apply 4 (four) hours before the event, except for Jogja Tour, Thalasso Spa, and airfare bookings.

Upandawaybali.com's packages usually include free transfers. Refer to table below for more information.

AIRFARE & OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE
Upandawaybali.com currently does not provide International Airfares service from your country to Bali. However, Upandawaybali.com only provide airfares for departure from Indonesia to other countries. Please check with your local travel agent for a quotation. Reconfirmation of return flight to your country can be arranged free of charge. For travel within Indonesia, domestic airfares are available upon request. Customers of Upandawaybali.com are insured against accidental death and disablement for an amount of up to USD 100,000. while using our services except activities offered by other companies not in alliance with Upandawaybali.com. For air travel insurance and other insurances, please check with your local travel agent or related financial institutions.
VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Most travelers do not need a visa to Indonesia for a limited stay of up to 60 days. Check with your local travel agent if you need a visa. For more comfortable trip, customers are advised to purchase return airfare with at least 60 days validity.
COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.
LIABILITY
Upandawaybali.com in cooperation with associated hotels and other partner business act only as agent for respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Upandawaybali.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Upandawaybali.com, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or services are substituted, Upandawaybali.com at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Upandawaybali.com in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
